Happy New Year's

It is so interesting that we are about to

bring in the new year of 2026. It seems

like 2025 went by so fast and wonder 

whether accomplished  everything we 

wanted.

We should write down what we like to

accomplish in 2025.

I have a friend who is very much into

journaling. He says that it saved his

life a few years ago.

At home church group the hosts gave

each of us a journal to write in. I 

haven't done a lot so far since a way

this is like a journal to me that I am 

sharing with you. 

A journal will be a good way to share 

your thoughts both positive and negative.

What you want to do different in 2026

or improve on. What would be your goal 

to add new friends. The amount isn't 

as important as adding more. 

Remember to it isn't just your purpose 

alone but how their purpose will 

benefit you as well. As we can mentor 

others having one is a good idea too

or someone to bounce things off.

Knowing Truth Or Purpose

Now more people are looking for truth

and their purpose in life. 

Those who know on both have something 

to give more than every before.

It is important be to ready for those who

are looking or knowing both truth and

purpose. 

Our thoughts along with gifts and talents 

be ready at all times. 

We should listen to see who are ready

to know. Tell them at the right time.

They are ready to listen. 

Before that live a life that others

can think I wish I could be like them. 

Be real in ourselves and not be fake. 

We know that we will not act perfect

all the time but do our best we can.

What Is Your Impact On Others

The question we should have is what is

our impact on others?

We have friends that stand by us

means we have impact.

Those who smile at us and say hello 

back to us though we may not know

very well means we have impact.

Even those that think negative about

us for whatever reason we have impact 

Today have impact on a new person.

Count Down To 2026

Do many people are into the count down

each and every year. It is a good way to

stay positive.

My church goes on a three week fast

every January. It doesn't mean you have

to go without food and drink water 

only.  We are all in difference place

in our health and age. There are different 

ways to do a fast.

I hope to eat breakfast and have fruit

once a day along with drinking water. 

We should fast on other things. Cut

back on social media and other things

to. We might have to check our emails.

So do it less often and delete emails 

less often too.  

During the fast meditate and pray 

more often.  Ask God what more 

you can do with your purpose and

calling. Who you spend more time 

with and who you should not.

It doesn't mean those who are not

spending as much time is good or

bad. They may not be a good influence 

and less time be good to.  Less time

means they at least realize we still 

care about them. Some people don't 

want to change even with our help.

Every Words We Speak Can Become A Song

I know not everyone is comfortable 

in singing however those who do 

every word can become a song.

The song can be crazy or serious.

Take one word and see if you can 

make it a song. Repeat the word

over and over or you can add more

words to it.  You can make a sentence 

if you like too.  I am sure that is how

some song writers make a song. 

If you play an instrument you maybe

able to do the same thing. Who knows 

how it works out. This could turn out

just right.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Day After

Depending whether you are a Christian 

it not you may have a different view 

when it comes to the day after Christmas.

As a Christian you should worship

Jesus Christ as the wise men came

to do. See Matthew 2

Non Christians should do is to listen

and find out about Jesus Christ.

What is your purpose for today and

the rest of your life.  Those who are

working that is part of your purpose 

along with family, friends and those

meet along the road. Also to worship 

God with all your heart.

There are traditions that people follow 

the day after Christmas. For some it

might be celebrating Boxing Day while

others might rest and enjoy family.

Remember putting Jesus right at the

top while doing the rest.

Merry Christmas Everyone

It is amazing how fast a year has gone

after I spent last Christmas at my 

sister's in Quebec. I expect she and 

her sons are having another White 

Christmas.

Christmas is to celebrate the birthday 

of our Savior Jesus Christ. This likely 

wasn't his exact day of birth as no one

really knows what day it was.

Jesus Christ knew exactly what his 

purpose was. It began with doing

what his father God told him to

do and it was written in the four

Gospels. It really is a good way 

that we live too. God what do you 

want us to do today? ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello Christmas Eve

What does Christmas Eve mean

to you?  I know many have tradition

for it as much for Christmas. 

When there are more than one 

family involved in an area may go

to one on Christmas Eve and then

on Christmas to the other.

As a young child Christmas Eve

was getting ready for Christmas.

As a teenager and after went to a 

Christmas Eve Service. Back in

the day it was at midnight however 

now is 8 pm or earlier. Some have

multiple services. 

I was in high school choir as well 

so we had our concert right before

school was out until January. 

Christmas Day we would visit our

cousins in Seattle or they would 

come over. When my sister was

married we would go to her in-laws 

on Christmas Day for several years.

Miss those days for sure.

Time goes on traditions change

for the holidays. It is still a good

time of the year. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Appreciation

We should appreciate what we have

all year long and not just this time

of the year.

Many of us have more than what

some other countries or areas

have. We should never feel selfish 

which comes pretty natural. We

should fight as hard as we can to

go against it.

This a major reason for our life

purpose to help others with our

gifts and talents. 

Sad is those areas that are the

poorest among the poor are being 

taking advantage of by their leaders.

Giving to them has to be worked 

around. Fortunately there are groups 

that are doing so or at least trying.

I am amazed though children in the

areas where they starving and may

die still have so much joy. They know

appreciation though have little in

our minds anyway.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A Knock Can Work

When it comes to our life purpose 

s knock on the door can be a good 

surprise.

God wants to knock on our heart.

He wants to know he is here for

us everyday  no matter whether

we are having a good day or not.

He wants to show his love to us.

A knock from a friend would be

good to show us the same thing.

We should do the same thing too.

A good surprise wishing them a

happy holiday, birthday or you 

are thinking of them.

A knock on your neighbor's door 

who you may not know very well 

and saying hello.

Whatever the case a knock is 

what we hope anytime. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Happy Holidays

Here we are less than a week away 

from Christmas and 2025 almost

coming to the end.

It is important to enjoy each day.

I know to not everyone celebrate 

Christmas. It is good to enjoy the

season.

We can think back to the seasons

of the past. Those of loved ones

who are no longer with us and

opening presents together along

with dinner celebration. Games

that were played too.

My mother's favorite day was

December 26 Boxing Day.

Every year she would invite 

several couples for dinner.

They were friends however 

not always the same ones.

Most Americans don't celebrate 

Boxing Day so it was a privilege 

for each one to come.  Mother

was born and raised in Canada.

Everything I am sure evolved

in what she celebrated while

growing up. 

This holiday season most I

expect celebrate in the tradition 

they know so well. I wish you a

wonderful holidays and may

you go into 2026 strong.

Looking Forward

Right now there are many celebrating

this holiday season while others are 

relaxing and those who maybe 

continuing their purpose. Whatever 

the case all is good.

We look forward to a new year ahead

continuing in our purpose. It is 

important to know what 2026 will 

look like. We pray for those who have

poor health they can recover and get

back to their purpose. It is never easy 

in these circumstances.

and those who you meet and spend 

time be the same. May joy and love

Being the Best

When it comes to our purpose 

we must do the best that we

can. We trust God will work

things out for our good.

God loves us more than we 

realize so this is where faith

comes no matter what.

There can be where we ask 

that we don't understand.

This is a natural thing. Ask

God and he will answer your 

even if you have to ask him a

Sun In Winter Time

Though we have to deal with a

lot of rain the last ten days especially 

here in Western Washington it

was so nice to see the sun come out

although it lasted only few hours.

 

Everyone's spirit is lifted when it happens 

during the winter season. A lot of

people will still struggle with the flooding 

but any kind of brightness bring hope.

In these times families will stick together

who are going through the same things.

This will bring closeness which we all

desire in some form or another..

So if you are going through something 

find another who is as well. You will

help each other to make it .  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Waiting and Meditating

Waiting and meditating when you 

first waking up can clarify things

for you and able to encourage 

others too.

Waiting, meditating and listening 

may give you something for others

to life on. 

We all have questions on life.

This true when nature like flooding 

in my state why this happens. 

One thing it shows there is bigger 

things in life than us. 

We can pray for the safety for 

people and what we may get 

from it in a spiritual way. May

even clarify more what our

purpose is.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Peace Of Mind

These days it is so hard to find those

with a peace of mind. Only God can 

truly give it to us. 

Having the peace of mind we should

pass it onto others. I see it like in

children who haven't been affected 

by the world yet. 

We all go through stages of having 

peace of mind and it would be nice 

to stay there for the rest of our lives.

Sharing out peace of mind along 

with love, faith and hope.

It is considered a gift of the Holy Spirit 

so if you have trouble in.that area

ask God for it.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Having Family Beyond Four Walls

We all have family with parents and 

children. We hope we are blessed 

however that doesn't happen for us

all. There are circumstances that 

doesn't show love like it ought. This

who are very blessed. 

We have cousins that might be close

as well though circumstances again 

might be good either.

We have close friends at school that

may help meet out needs. Sometimes 

we might meet those who feed the

negative. 

We go off to college or work and we

gather new friends who could meet 

out needs. We need our future spouse

and meet these needs. They may do 

the same as everyone else. At some

point we might need a mentor or

counselor to help  spill out all the 

frustration we have gone through.

What might have helped was to give

all to God. 

What we need is a person that has 

the purpose that will help out as 

well. Some one who has gone through 

and bring you to God too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rescuing One Another

The flooding happening around 

Western Washington though

where I live it isn't fortunately 

not at my place. 

There have been those who have

had to be rescuef in the flooding.

They tell people not to drive on the

roads where water is present some 

maybe foolish and try anyway.

Most have been on property where 

they needed help to get out. 

Came to my mind there are those

who need to be rescued from daily 

life  or circumstances and this where

our purpose comes in. There can be

times where we need help too. First

would be to pray to God however 

there are those around us that God

has put into our place. 

So have the attitude you will rescue

others in whatever fashion that means.

What To With Our Purpose

Every day as I have mentioned is

to think about our purpose. It is 

important than anything else.

It is first what God wants us

to do. Our family is number two.

Is your spouse and children more

important than anyone else. If 

God wants you to do something 

you must speak with your spouse 

about it to see how they feel.

Are you doing for selfish reasons 

or not. Again our life doesn't belong

to use alone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Heading Into 2026

Again I am surprised how fast 2025.

We all have experienced highs and lows.

For some we have lost a family member 

or someone we have known for a

while who is like family. Not having

them around is sad.

My older brother Dick passed away

in June 1992 and my dad the following 

June. They have both been gone almost

half my life. Dick's birthday was on

November 29. I thought about him

a lot on that day this year. 

We should look forward to what 2026.

brings and what we can do. I have

a friend who believes doing a journal

and writing into each day. He never

really thought it was unusual for a

man to do it. It is something females

do is what he had believed. He was

introduced to journaling by a friend

who wrote a book on it. He says

journaling has saved his life.  If

you are interested just write down

your thoughts whenever you feel.

You can do it whenever you like

and however you like.

I take notes when I am at church

during sermon time. Sometimes

not many notes. It allows me to

remember the sermon even if I 

don't look at the notes. 

For me writing this blog is like

taking notes or journaling. Write

down what you may think 2026

will look to you right now. Sometimes

next year read back and see if things

match.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rain and Flooding

Here in Western Washington we have had 

record rainfall. There are 24 rivers that 

are flooding right now.

The last three days we have had six to ten inches of rain depending where we are

at. I am not near the rivers so I am ok. 

Those living north of Seattle are having 

to evacuate. This is where hope has to come.

Not expected to be over until Tuesday 

though not much rain is expected on Saturday

though more Sunday through Tuesday.

May you be blessed and rain does happen

Family Traits

Though we are created uniquely 

we all have family traits that

lineup. 

It can be in our personality, character,

talents and giftings. Also goes for

our appearances. How we use these

is where we are unique.

Those of us who have known identical

twins we can see a difference in them.

So we need to lead our own path 

of the purpose with in us. This can

take years to do so. We are likely 

doing so without realizing that we

are. Later we know that we are doing

so. 

May your day be unique as much

as you are. May it and you be a

Be Strengthening

Living in our purpose isn't always easy. 

It is important to be strengthen everyday. 

Our purpose may not act out like we

think it ought too which is ok. Our

purpose can change at anytime depending 

who we are meeting with.

Our talents and gifts are always the same

but how they work out can be different.

It is like a sport team will change their 

plans depending on their opponent. 

We should have our heart and mind

prepared for every occasion

Who Your With

It is important for all of us to be

around positive. It is not like

negative people are necessarily 

bad however we need keep it

at a limit.

This comes down to whether 

they effect us in a negative 

way. For those who are having 

trouble in certain areas we have

to stay away until we are strong

to handle it. They are most likely 

needy so that can draw us back 

to be needy.

Our purpose should be to help

needy people however it doesn't 

help if they are not able to get

over it.  Let them know that you 

care and love them. Tough love

had to happen. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Giving Peace

My purpose is to give peace to each

person that I meet. So I give you

peace.

It is hard for all of us to live in peace 

all the time however it is what we

should strive for all the time. 

God is the God of love and peace. 

It is his love and grace that gives 

us peace especially in the tough

times.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Time Away

Not really sure to title this however it

is important to value our time.

I believe time has more value than 

money or investments. We have no

idea how much time we have left

so that is why it is so valuable.

The only ones that have any indication 

are those who are sick and terminal.

They don't know vtge exact day until 

hours before possibly

Our time should be spent with God 

first followed by our family. They

are our top two purposes in life.

Like money we must manage

our time well. We have friends

to be with whether that is once 

a week or whatever it maybe. 

Our job would be the next in line

depending whether we are working 

or not.

On Tuesday morning I was at coffee

shop after walking. I saw a teenage 

girl who sat down with who I thought 

might me her father. He started tutoring 

on a subject so he was her tutor. He

could still be her father however at the

moment her tutor. I have the feeling 

he was her tutor only however that

is what I think and not know for sure.

He was teaching her something that

can go further in her education. This

was his purpose at that time. 

May you take your time whether it is

now or after the holidays to see how

you can manage your time better.

Of course there will be circumstances 

that will get in the way but we might

learn from them to manage better.

Having Cold Weather

Here in Western Washington we having

a spurt of cold weather around freezing

first thing in the morning. So far no rain

in December so far. 

I figure if I do walk outside it will be in

the afternoon since it will warm up several 

degrees.  I figure to when the sun comes 

out since it may even feel warmer. I

do see some who still walk while I am 

driving. My walking will be indoor track

otherwise. I do have a cost that fits for

winter too.

Whatever the case I hope to spread

my purpose wherever I go and I 

hope you are clear in the same way 

for yours. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Having Visions

When it comes to gifts there are some

who have visions. They will likely 

have a vision of a particular person

it a group of people.

At my church there are several people 

who have visions. One woman particularly 

at preservice prayer has visions in regards 

to our church. A couple times she has had

words for me about my purpose and 

calling. Not sure whether she had it in

a vision or not. The first one that my

ministry would be similar to James the

brother of Jesus and writer of one of 

the books in the New Testament. The 

second  was being a town crier. 

I looked up town crier and I have it saved 

on my phone.  One who speaks the

Gospel of peace to others. One who

speaks with confidence. In a way that is

how I write my posts here too. 

If you receive visions or dreams go that

matter share for those you know are

for them or among the group if that 

is the case. Many blessings as you 

continue your walk in life purpose.

Having Some Fear

We are living in a world where

fear is being practiced more than

ever.  

It started  happening  a lot when 

Covid happened in 2020. In my

state jobs were lost for a period 

of time because they not necessary.

Even those who were necessary 

the workers had to wear a mask or

they would be fired. If you out like

grocery shopping you had to stand

six feet behind the person in front

of you. 

Those things are not happening 

anymore and in some ways they

admitted they were wrong however

there are politicians who are pushing

fear into the people. Unless you believe

some things you will be trouble. 

This could be with your job or children.

Both are really wrong. It is time to

vote those people out. Some of been

in office for a long time too.

Have belief and not fear. It doesn't 

matter what the issue is. Say no to

those who believe it even if is those

you have known for a long time.

Have A Good Rest

We often go through things

where having rest is a good thing.

This time of the year where the

holidays happen it is good to rest.

For some it is a rough during the

holidays because they are alone.

Even if it takes a moment say hello

and give out a smile so others will

feel some rest. 

Life can be busy and some stay

busy because having a heart that

hurts. We don't know others story

so if they don't look like they can

speak to another a hello and a

smile will ease them. 

There are those who don't know 

they have a purpose and circumstances 

right now is causing pain so a second

of a look could bring them joy. They

may at other times think about the

person who said hello. It doesn't 

matter if they respond back or not.
