Looking For Snow On The Mountain Passes

It has been a dry month for the most part here in Western Washington. November usually is one of the rainiest months here but not so far this year.

Not only do we need the rain since we have half of the usual rainfall for the year the mountains can use the snow as well.  The skiers want to get on the slopes to ski. This Thursday will be Thanksgiving here in the USA so many Washingtonians will want to spend the holiday weekend skiing. It is likely won’t happen this year.

Our mountain passes are wonderful places to ski this time of the year. Sometimes though it just doesn’t happen.
