Diet and Exercise

I have to say I am enjoying my diet
and exercising. It has become my
lifestyle to say it better.

Currently I am going to health club
three days a week while going to
physical therapy twice a week.
Every day I go for a walk as well.

My diet is eating fish, fruit and 
vegetables. Some bread with
high fiber as well. On occasion
I will have chicken as well.

I am thankful that I am able to
eat. I know many people are 
starving around the world so
being able to eat regularly is
a good thing. Amen!
