My shoulder update

My shoulder is  doing much better these
days thank you. 

I still have some pain but it is more below
my collar bone. Likely  has to do with the
exercises I am doing.

The pain is the  worst when I  first wake up
in the morning.  Doing stretching  is always 
good.

I go to athletic club three or four times a
week depending on  the weather.  Besides 
stretching I do exercise on some of the 
equipment along with walking.  The walking 
is good for the shoulder as well as the legs.

I am sure the pain will go away eventually but
in the meantime  endure.  That is sort of what 
life is like too. Amen!  😊😊❤❤
