week it is going time to judge how
you are doing.
Make two lists. One would be everything
you feel has been positive for the week.
The other list would be where you think
improvement can happen. You can add
anything negative to this list as well.
The important thing is to be realistic
and not be hard on yourself either. This
is especially true if you are a perfectionist.
Come back on Saturday and see how things
went. Did things stay the same or improve.
Also, give yourself a star. πΊπ
