have been in the 80s and now into 90s.
I would prefer the upper 70s to mid 80s. I
go for walks early morning or at the YMCA.
The importance is to drink plenty of fluids
and stay inside at least when the temperatures
rise. Put on sunscreen if you plan to be outside
for any significant amount of time.
We all are effective in different ways when
it gets hotter outside but good tips anyway.
