Being Thankful

It is so important  that we are thankful
each day. We can become depressed 
very  easy if we are not.

You would think knowing  our life 
purpose would keep  us from being 
depressed  however that isn't always 
the case. As we may say "life happens".

We should be thankful when we go to
bed and again when we wake. Two
good times to be thankful. Just thought 
of it in the middle of the day would be
a good time to be thankful.

Even when we are not having a good 
day we should still be thankful.  If for
no other reason we are here and things
may get better as the day goes on.

The positive  thing is today is a new
day and we can be happy and thankful
for it.  ❤️❤️❤️
