Having Conflict

We all have some conflict with a other.

The question  does it get over  quickly 

or drags on.

Women for the most part  are more

emotional  than men. So men may

think it is over or at least want it to

be while women don't  believe it is

over.

Often we want to get our own way.

We need to compromise or let the

other one win on occasion.  The

trouble  to when you think it is over

it really isn't.  This is when you need

assistance from a third party.

A person with the gift of resolving

conflict is good to have however  

there aren't  many like that. ❤️❤️❤️
