Having Rest

It is important  that  we have rest on
occasion besides  sleeping. For some
it might be something  to do  regularly. 
It is more than taking a nap as well. 

Some people  take a vacation  for rest
which is ok especially  from work. 

Social  media: It might be a good time
to take time away from it for a week or
longer for rest. A lot may depend why
you use social media.

Stress:  This is a big area for needing rest.
Emotions  can be a part of stress or something
that causes you anxiety.

Fasting: This is a good way to get rest. It  
isn't  just  not eating there are other things
you can fast from. Not only social media but
television as well. Anything that keeps  you 
busy or distracted.

You will feel much better having rest. Even
for one day.  On Thursday  I am  going for
a drive to  Mount Rainier. Spending a day
in the outdoors is good. Any change of
scenery is a good idea.

A suggestion  is to schedule a day of rest
every so often. One day a week  would be 
good however once every two  weeks or a
month is fine if you have a heavy schedule.
