Go At Your Own Pace

In my exercises  classes at the gym
they say to to enjoy yourself  while
going at your own pace. Be careful 
of any body pains. Also, drink plenty 
of water.

This all sounds good for life in general 
doesn't  it. In class it is easy to go the
same pace as the instructor  especially  
if you have been  used to it in the past.
Someone  who is used to going slower 
it is fine too. We all should now how
our bodies work.

At the end  of  class wee start slowing
down which we include stretching as
well.  This allows us to be closer  to  our 
normal pulse rate. If you are working or
doing any activity and you know your 
rate is high slow down before taking 
a break.  We all need to take a break
once in a while. 

What a great way to live our lives.
