for rest. Once a week would be
ideal however taking a part of
a day is good if we can't for
the full day.
Taking rest may include having
a nap. The important thing is
we take a few minutes to clear
our heads. This means not to
think about anything for a few
minutes.
I know it isn't easy since I am
thinking about something all
or most of the time.
A good idea would to start for
a minute and not think. Do
this at least once a day. After
that make two to five minutes
and not think. Increase it every
so often that at some point you
are not thinking for at least an
hour.
This will allow to be rested and
have the energy to do more. It
may allow you not to have as much
sleep at night too.
When you are done resting for a
minute or longer start meditating
and prayer. Adding music during
the time. The music that is positive.
This may let us have an increase
of purpose and where we won't
be distracted by meaningless things.
