Being Healthy

It is so important to stay active
and be healthy.

Our purpose really has to be the
best when healthy. I usually see
my physician at least once a year
depending on how I feel. Getting
older though seems I have to go
a few extra times. This comes 
down how my body feels.

Since I have a heart condition
I have to see my.cardiologist
every eight months or so.
My heart is pumping good 
and my blood pressure is
good.

Going to a gym is a good idea
as well. This allows your list
of friends grow and those you
can influence in your purpose.
It doesn't mean everyone will
like you however some well.

I know life can get busy however
going to the gym a few times a
week is good. It doesn't mean you
have to go for a few hours just
amount time you can.

Itvis important to have a routine.
You can go Monday, Wednesday
and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday
and Saturday. This comes down
to your time.

If you don't have that much time
available go at least once a week.
Also you can stretch at home 
for a few minutes everyday. Going
out for walk for twenty minutes
will help. Eating the right foods
is important too.

Best to you and your body.
