More On Health

Exercising well with prayer and
mediation as all good things.
Rest and relaxation will help 
you too.

Most days I take a nap. Often
that is a few hours after exercise.

My doctor said a few years ago
to spend dome quality time
outdoors for your health. It can
be by doing some walking however
stopping at a park or on a bench
is a good idea.

Meditation with a good mind
will keep us going for a good
while. Using our gifts and talents
will too. Our purpose not only
good to keep us healthy but to
help others. They can be our
family, friends and strangers
too.  ♥♥♥♥♥
