Exercising

Exercising should be part of
our daily life. For some it is
easy. In my case I grew up 
doing sports so comes 
naturally.

Doctors usually say we should
exercise at least 20 minutes
three times a week at least.
I say everyday at least 20
minutes.

We can walk everyday for
20 minutes. For most that
is one mile. Walking can
be easy and some days
it is going shopping or 
meeting friends st coffee 
shop. We can get to coffee
shop early and walk around
the block or so after getting
out of the car and before
going in.

I do cardio and weights twice
a week and zumba dancing
twice a week. I usually walk
twenty minutes before both.
The other three days I try to
walk 40 minutes depending
what the day is like.

During the walking or the
other exercises I do some
conversation with others.
There are new people I 
meet or some those who
are friends or acquaintances.
It is part of my life purpose.
I try to add a seed that those
friends and acquaintances
will grow in greater ways.

May your health continue
to grow. At the gym I go
to the saying is keep moving
and you do what you can
depending what issued you
have with your health. Going
slow is fine the importance
is keep going.  ♥♥♥♥♥
