Be Energized

It is so important to be energized. 
Getting some rest is important 
as well.

We are to be the best version 
of our self.

I find that I have to take a nap
sometimes in the afternoon 

This happens after being at 
the gym in the morning. A nap
will be good after improving
your health. Happens to when
getting older too.
