Ok To Take A Break

It is important to take a break.
It shouldn't be for too long
though. 

The rest will be to help with
what is ahead for us. Taking
a day off once a week or two 
weeks is a good idea. We can't 
be weary.  

Our rest is for a purpose as well.
Fasting for the day wouldn't be
a bad idea either. Be into the 
right frame of mind.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
