Being On A Fast

There are  reasons to be on a fast.
If you don't know what a fast is for
most cases it is going without food 
for a period of hours or days. There 
are other ways to fast as well. For
instance not watching television 
or social media to consider a couple.

Most people who fast do so for religious 
reasons. Others may to lose weight.
If you want to get answers on something 
that is a good idea too.  For an example 
what idea in my next step of my life
purpose and whether I should take a 
new job or move. 

Some people will go on a fast not eating 
anything for a while. Depending on your
health it is a good idea to at least drink
water in the process. 

I am starting a fast for a few days. I will
include prayer for my country and the 
world. I take a medication where I am 
suppose to have food. So I will have 
 a small amount of fruit twice a day.

There to is called an intermediate fast.
That is most common to lose weight 
however other things ok to. Usually an
intermediatefsst goes for  15 hours.
A person may eat at breakfast then
not again before going to bed. Another
would be having dinner and then have
a late breakfast. Some people do that
once or twice a week. 

If you decide to fast may it go well 
for you. Ready a book sometime 
during the time is a good idea  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
