difficult to share with others but
it might be even more so with yourself.
A good reason to journal to write
how you feel at some moment or
another. It can make us feel better.
My feeling is we may want to write
down one word in our journal instead.
We can think about that one word and
see where it goes. A sentence or a
paragraph might work that one word.
It could be an eye opener. Whether
it will work or not it will be an eye to
try. You might end up writing a book.
