it isn't in everyone's makeup and it
can be the timing.
I know some people are not interested
in talking while others are.
I usually try to keep the conversation
short or change subject several times.
This comes down whether this is the
first time meeting or not.
If they are not interested the likelihood
is they are busy or have been busy
and want to relax without talking
with someone.
Though my success rate is pretty good
I can tell fairly early if someone wants
to talk. In some instances I may not
say anything by there body language.
I recommend be approachable even
when you don't have a lot of time.
If the other person says hello just
say you don't have much time to
talk right now.
Some people might not be interested
anyway at the moment but you might
want to risk anyway. It all comes
