Having a Healthy 2026

When many said to have a healthy good 
year I figured it is good for everyone.

I began about a month ago to add 
yoga to my exercise especially stretching 
each day. It is amazing how much better 
I do feel.

It is good to breathe as well. Yoga doesn't 
have to be long just a few minutes. I
 that I can n  be walking  better too.
