Taking It Easy

Now that I am over my gout for
the time being I am taking it 
easy. It is much like physical 
therapy.

Tuesday as I did Sunday and Monday 
I went for a walk but not as far as I 
usually do and slower too.

Walking is a good way to get over
hurts to your foot or ankle. 

Stretching is a good way to help as 
well. Now that I am taking a kick
boxing class once a week I am
using to do so at home to on other
days. It is important to stay healthy 
even if you have only ten minutes 
to do a day or maybe twice or three
times. In the same way we should 
do with our minds. 

Remember not to stop using the
talents God has given you. It is
the benefit for others as for yourself.
