It is so common on social media since
people can say it really easily knowing
they won't see anyone.
Another area of being a critical is often
we are own worst critic. We may say
or at least think we not very good or
not perfect in some areas.
We should give ourself a break.
The trouble is we may have been
doing it for a while.
The answer is not be in the critic
zone whether another person or
us. We will feel much better. This
