What We Need To Know?

We all have been given talents and gifts that are unique to us. Some may have five while others have ten or more. The point is not whether I have more than you do or the other way around it is important that we continue to use them so this is comes to what we need to know.  What I mean by that we need to know what talents and gifts we have and how effective we can be in using them.

These talents and gifts come so natural for us that we don’t think much about them at all. In fact we use many of them every day. For those who are working they are the reason you are effective in your job. Things that you do on your job that you know that you are not good at the key is to find a way to get better at them. Other words they could become a gift for you to use as well.

The reason we have these talents and gifts are for the benefit of others. This is the main reason I believe we must get to know them better. We just have to take the time and think about what these talents and gifts that we have. This way the way we can identify them the better we can use them.

I believe the best way for us to accomplish this is when we finish a task or we have just completed spending time with someone to take a few minutes on our to go over what we did. This is a good idea to have a journal as well. You can write down what you just completed and what talents or gifts that you think that you used. Later on when you are on a break or the day is over you can look back on them.  Important not to only write down what you accomplished but what you think that you didn’t accomplish so that next time in a similar situation you can be more effective.

All this will not only make you feel that you are accomplishing something but that you have a purpose in life. Remember to have fun at as well. We can make everything feel serious. If you have the time right now take your journal and write down your talents and gifts that come to your mind. All they have to be is a couple or three. You can write down how they were used today as well.  You can play it like a game if you want to as well.  I know everyone that has contact with you will benefit. I just thought when you interact with someone after you are done write down what talents and gifts they used; a good way to encourage them the next time that you meet together.
