of the rivers in Washington state called
the Nisqually.
This river is about forty miles from
where I live. Like many of the rivers
along with lakes is named after a
native tribe.
The Nisqually tribe has just over six
hundred people in population. Like
many of the tribes in Washington they
do fishing in the rivers and lakes.
The Nisqually River does go into the
Mt. Rainier National Park. I may see
other rivers on the way or near Nisqually.
