the YMCA Monday morning I hit my
left shin on exercise table. I ended
up putting a bandage on and ice it.
This morning (Tuesday) I will be going
to see doctor for additional treatment.
It is still a little painful. In 2013 I had
a blood clot so any injury I see a doctor.
If it weren't for the clot likely I would
let heal on its own.
See life can have unexpected turns
anytime and we have to deal with
them. How we do is all up to us.
The weather here in Western Washington
continues to be summer like hot. Expected
to last until Sunday July 3rd when it is
supposed to rain. Of course we never know.
