No matter how old we are it is
important to take care of body,
soul, and ming.
Though our days are numbered
it is best to have our bodies
in the best shape we can to do
our purpose. Not an easy task.
Good to go out for walks for at
least 20 minutes. Do some
exercises as well. Eating of
course is another one. Keep
our portions small. Not an easy
task especially if we are used to
otherwise. I recommend going
on a intermediate fast at least
once a week. This means waiting
to eat 15 hours from your last meal.
I recommend drinking water or tea
if you need to before the 15 hours are.
