getting rid of distractions. We
might have to try harder to loosen
distractions.
At the end of the day we think
I didn't accomplish everything
I expected. It could be our
expectations were to high or
we did have distractions.
Circumstances do happen that
is out of our control. A parent
may have a sick child or they
are acting in a way that you
have to lay down the law.
We can be distracted by other
people. Maybe they call us
and their situation isn't as a
dying need as they tell us.
This is ok at times however
this happens more frequently
then it ought to then we have to
make a decision to loosen that
distraction.
We find that a certain time of
the day we get distracted to
then we have to figure out
what to do. Mainly how to
get rid of the distractions
or at the very least shorten
the time.
There are important people
to us that may take up our
time and that is fine. They
take up too much time for
not be able to get other things
done then we have to figure
some out or shorten time on
other things.
Anyway I hope this helps
out for us all to loose or
lower the distractions. One
last thing is not be stressed
by distractions. Being stressed
isn't good for us and could be
the reason distractions or
Circumstances last long. When
one distraction is over take a
good strong breath.
