Remember Those Before Us

Here in the United States the last

Monday of May is a national holiday.

It is called Memorial Day.

Memorial Day was first observed on 

May 30, 1868. The purpose is to 

remember all those whose died in

war for the United States. Also for

those who fought in wars who are

now gone as well. Many observe

for their loved who have died as

well.

I am going to stop on Monday at

the cemetery where my parents,

my grandparents on my father's

side and my older brother.

It is important for us to remember

family and friends who have died.

I remember them on their birthdays

as well. It is good to think of the

love for them.
