as much of the time as we
can.
Since we are not perfect
this won't happen always
however it helps.
Not only we give best of
us to others we show
ourselves the same
thing.
In the same way we encourage
we should do the same for us.
During tge times we encourage
others the thoughts should be
in our minds too.
