A Day Off

It is always good to take off a day
on occasion.  I  am  talking  more 
than just not working and going to
church on Sunday.  Most people 
do other things  on Sunday as well. 

Most people wait for vacation  to 
relax. I  decided I  am going to
rest now for the day. I  have poor

circulation in my right leg. I figure

recovery  will help  by relaxing 

and having my feet.  

Relaxing  can mean thinking about 

things and receiving knowledge.

So take a day off. Whatever your 

plan was for  the  day it will still
