My Last Walk Of The Year

It is getting colder now here so I 

to stop my walking outdoors unless 

the sun is out which likely is more 

often in the afternoon.

I have seen some people still doing it

however I have the gym and rec center

to walk indoors. 

Outdoors always feels better when

the weather is good. Helps the

breathing and all. I enjoy seeing 

people either outdoors or indoors. 

My mind might change me too.

Helping others to feel better is

my goal and purpose. We should

all be thinking this way however 

it comes down to what we are

expected. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Being On A Fast

There are  reasons to be on a fast.

If you don't know what a fast is for

most cases it is going without food 

for a period of hours or days. There 

are other ways to fast as well. For

instance not watching television 

or social media to consider a couple.

Most people who fast do so for religious 

reasons. Others may to lose weight.

If you want to get answers on something 

that is a good idea too.  For an example 

what idea in my next step of my life

purpose and whether I should take a 

new job or move. 

Some people will go on a fast not eating 

anything for a while. Depending on your

health it is a good idea to at least drink

water in the process. 

I am starting a fast for a few days. I will

include prayer for my country and the 

world. I take a medication where I am 

suppose to have food. So I will have 

 a small amount of fruit twice a day.

There to is called an intermediate fast.

That is most common to lose weight 

however other things ok to. Usually an

intermediatefsst goes for  15 hours.

A person may eat at breakfast then

not again before going to bed. Another

would be having dinner and then have

a late breakfast. Some people do that

once or twice a week. 

If you decide to fast may it go well 

for you. Ready a book sometime 

during the time is a good idea  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Being Busy

Often we may think we have a

successful life and God will be

pleased if we stay busy a lot of 

the time.

This really isn't the truth as much

as we may think so.

We should do as much as we can

however we must take time out

and rest as well.

I hope that I can help a lot of people 

out doing my purpose.  I believe posting

here helps a lot. I hope you become

a better person and make a lot of

difference even in a few words I may

day.  This is what do gratifying in life.

Saying our story with others over in a

few minutes and they are able to go

on top do go or even great things we

have done our job. It is putting out

lived into others even if it is only

a few.  In a way it is like investing

money where we leave it in and

compounds the profits even larger.

This is how our life works as well.

I appreciate that you from many

different countries will produce 

a lot in your life and where you live 

I hope you are able to be successful.

This makes everything great. This

will make those you touch compound

as well.

How is Your Purpose

It is so important to review your purpose 

now and often.

Is your purpose going the way you 

want it to go. Are you being effective.

Are there any functions or new gifts

for you to follow and encourage 

others.  

No time do we want to be to tired

doing our purpose. You can change 

things up every now and then.

It is still important to be around those

we mentor or teach. At the same time

getting new things and ideas at the

same time. 

Some days you may do a thing or two

while other days doing other things.

We should never stop learning either.

May you continue to do all you are

meant to do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Continue On Free Speech

We are blessed to have free speech 

here in the United States.  It is in

our Constitution.

We are blessed since many countries 

don't have that promise.

Though free speech is here we still

have to watch what we say. All depending 

what you are speaking on can still

hurt us.  

If you have a job you must think before

speaking. This can cost you your job

depending speak about.  Religion 

can be one and most frequent to

lose your job. It is more in the work

place.  Other words you are there to

work and not to speak on your religion 

during work. If you are careful can do

so during lunch break as long as you

don't over due it or offend someone.

Politics is another area you must be

careful. You likely won't lose your job 

however you could lose your family 

if they don't agree with you. 

You can't threaten others either. Watch

what you put on social media.

For those of you living outside of

United States I wish you the best

in conversation and free speech.

Be do what you were created to

do in your purpose. If someone 

doesn't agree with you keep doing

what you have anyway.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A New Time

I don't remember dreams very often

and some are weird or vague.

Saturday morning waking up I was 

being told about being a father at

least in a spiritual sense anyway.

It could be a start to a new or additional 

to my life purpose.

Being a father takes a lot of responsibility 

and is a major play in a life purpose 

for those who are fathers.

Not all are cut out or do a good job 

as a father. Helping your children 

to be the best they can and to figure

out their purpose is the job of the

parents.

I commend you all who are doing the

job as a father and the same goes 

for the mother's too. Keep up the

good job in that manner.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The High and Low Road

When I was growing up until maybe junior

high or for sure high school we had no

street names. Though we didn't move

at all we had post office addresses 

and the mail was delivered outside our

house. So the box number changed at

least twice.

So during that time we lived less than a 

mile from the local park that had a

creek as well. I could tell.you many stories 

when I went to that park.

Anyway there was a road above the park

my brothers and I called the high road.

It  was the way we walked to the park

most of the time. Our house would be 

going south when returning home.

There was a road next to the park. The

park was where the road ended.  We

would go that way on our return home

and the road would curve to the left

and go up the hill to meet the high road.

This road we called the low road. I am

sure you figured that out already. If

we went straight instead take the curve

for a short ways than turn right there

would be the boat launch. Often we

see cars with their boats behind them.

Like the metaphor the low road was 

easier to walk than the high road.

Also not as much traffic either. Most

driver's go up to the high road. Many

lived to the left and some to the right.

Returning home driving my parents 

would take the low road since easier 

and not as heavy traffic though not 

as busy as today. When I got my

license I did the same and when I visit

I do the same. It is nice to have two

different routes.

Like the medafor the question is will

we take the load road which is easy

or the high road where there is more

success.  Dealing with people though

the low road maybe the better route.

All comes down to what conclusion 

you want.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Counting Our Blessings

It isn't always easy especially when 

things are not going well in our lives

or those near and to us however we 

should count our blessings each 

morning.

Not that I find it easy always however

I know it is necessary. I think of my

purpose and what I am meant to do.

We don't have all the answers either.

I saw a man and his dog out walking.

They seem to be doing it many years.

I see that you are both still trucking.

The man said yes. 

I see some people who don't look

to happy. I can't judge them since 

I don't know what is going on in

their lives or that is the way they are.

Though we are  unique keep 

a smile as best as you can is 

my advice.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not About Feelings

We live in our feeling some if not most

of the time.  Our purpose is spent on

feelings as well.

The truth is we should spend our time

on what we know instead of our feelings.

Our feelings can go up and down not

only daily but by the hour or minutes.

We hear something someone says

and our feelings change.

We need to live on what we know and

believe. This goes for us sharing with

others too.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Walking On A Fall Day

Here we often have rain in the fall.

It makes the scenery nice and green.

It makes some people feel depressed

until the sun comes back out.

This is when our purpose should

show love, faith and encouragement.

We are in battle to so why we need 

to help people as much as possible.

Recognizing those who are mentally 

ill or I consider them demon possessed 

or at least influenced. This is the way 

it is like never before. 

Be strong and loving. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Going Into An Uncomfortable Situation

We all at one time or another

go where we may not be comfortable.

On Sunday I did that by going to 

another church besides my regular

one. 

The positive part is I do know the pastor 

to some degree so that is good for sure.

Though I am a lot better than I used

to be it is still hard to go where you are

not sure how many you know or not.

I figure that I will do this at least 

one Sunday go to another church 

in the area. I hope to share what

I have. This is what our purpose is 

all about. I figure the more often

I do this the easier it will get.

May you do something or go

somewhere outside your comfort

zone. You might be amazed what

may happen. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Out For Fall Walks

Here it isn't easy taking a walk outside

in  November since it is raining season.

On Friday it was a clear morning so 

it was was nice to get out for a walk.

It was sort of warm as well.

There is something to walk outside

since can help us feel better and 

nice to see others walking along

with the fall colors.

Though we have the rain it shows

us the nature we have around here

that is always lovely.

After the walk I went to one of the

coffee shops I like to visit. I ran

into a woman from both church

and the gym. She was taking time

out before going to a movie with

some lady friends. I wished her

well when she left for the movies.

I enjoy seeing people at the coffee 

shop whether I know them or not.

go and a blessing to whoever you

This Last Year

This last year feels like it has gone 

by so fast.

For some there has been some

tragic experiences like a loss

of a loved one. For others 

it could be some good blessings.

As we look to another year ahead

how is our purpose been going.

Do we have more of a clear eye

what it looks like or we need to

think and plan more about it.

Will we need more finances to

accomplish these goals we have.

May you and those who are the

ones who make up your purpose 

be blessed.

This year I have joined three groups.

One is a small group where we meet

in person and two online. Just this

week I joined a new group. 

If you have friends or anyone who

have similar interests or purpose

however finding the time to meet

in person or you even meet in person 

setting up a group chat to message

one another is very good idea.

Prayer In Our Purpose

Most realize that prayer must be

in our lives. Many pray when

life comes to a place of despair.

This shouldn't be the only time

to pray.

Pray should be part of our 

purpose as much as our

gifts and talents.

We should pray for our nation

just like we do for our family like

and friends along with anyone.

Right now the United States 

needs our prays as much as

any country in the world. If

you can come to United States

to that would be nice as well.

If you have a heart for any 

country to that would be great.

Waking Up

Whether it is my night sleep or 

a nap sometimes it feels weird

when I wake up. There is still 

joy in the morning.

I figure when it feels weird I must

have had a strange dream. Some

I don't remember so means that ones

I do is a bonus.

Look and see what your dreams are

about in the ones that you do remember.

There could be a theme to it all.

Rising Above

It is so easy to receive words from others

that can feel like death. It happens so

much on social media. We have to say

to our mind that we don't accept.

For many of us we heard words like this 

as children. Our purpose is defined

by God and not man.

We may get rejected by some of many

however those who care for us 

will always be on our side. It is

real comfort to know.

Having Thanksgiving

Here in United States we celebrate

the last Thursday of November 

Thanksgiving. It has been going on

since we were a country though 

a national holiday after that.

Canada has been celebrating Thanksgiving 

in October as well. It is a the way

to be thankful for your blessings.

For many Americans Thanksgiving 

and Christmas many people favorite 

holidays of the year. 

We should be thankful everyday when

we get up in the morning. The holiday

allows everyone to celebrate with

family and friends. 

I know to though other countries 

don't have a day of Thanksgiving 

they do celebrate in their own way

as a family and that is special to.

Encourage others and show them

how thankful they are in your life

even when you don't seem them

every day.  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Giving Out A New Song

Whatever we desire or do we can

sing a new song whether we know

that we can sing or not. 

Our purpose includes a new song.

A new song comes from our heart.

It can be a minute or longer. 

It is like a prayer to. 

It doesn't matter whether anyone 

else hears you or not it goes into

your heart. Eventually it will go to

others since you spend time with 

them. The time to is whether a

minute or a few minutes. It is

being willing not the amount of

time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Believe

We must believe and have faith in

our purpose.

We must believe and have a relationship 

with God.

We must believe in ourself.

We must believe in those who

encouraging us and give us words

into our purpose.

We must believe what we say to

those who we are mentoring or

speaking into their lives. 

We must show others that we 

believe in them. 

I know a lot of believe however 

it gets us where we need to be.

Keep Encouraging

I know those who have the gift of

encouraging. I appreciate it. 

Those who don't have the gift

can still encourage as well.

The key of encouraging is to smile.

I am sure many appreciate it.

Having humor help too.

When we were created one of our

purposes was to encourage. We 

are here now for it with the state 

the world is in. 

On social media often people 

don't encourage and go with

their agenda. Amazing though 

some of them are good when

in public. Maybe social media

turns some people angry
