A Cold Winter

Snow near the Seattle's Space Needle

I have heard quite a few people complaining it being a cold winter in Western Washington and wish spring would come.

Although it has been colder than normal and a lot of rain I have been disappointed that we haven’t had much snow in Gig Harbor while other places in the area have had more snow.

We have had snow in March before so snow could come however if it doesn’t plan on coming spring would be a nice site for everyone though I like some of the snow.  The forecast right now ask for more rain with the temperatures from 32 degrees up to around 50. Let the change begin and spring arrive. I will have to think that we will have more snow next winter. I am not sure that I am wishful thinking or not. It has been nice though that the mountains have had a good year of snow fall and that it will happen again as well.

Something else today my cousin Rob Shaw his son Mike is speaking at an event in Vancouver, British Columbia called TEDXStanleyPark. He is going to be a keynote speaks. A little over three years ago he was in a terrible skiing accident that he hurt and paralyzed his spine for a period of time that took him to recovery. He has an amazing story to tell. He will be speaking about grief and how to deal with it. Also he has a website that you would enjoy very much so here is the link https://mikeshawski.com if you are willing to comment on his site let him know that I gave you the link. Until next time enjoy your weekend.
