Being Set For Service

Right now  God is adding and taking away

things in my  life.  My personality and the

gifts are staying the same.

The daily grind and circumstances in life

takes a toll.  Otherwords he working on 

me to be the best of me.

It isn't like  I  am  this special person like

any other but to be effective  like God wants

me to be it has to happen.  I hope the same

thing happens with you too.  ❤️❤️❤️

Let the Sun Shine

The next week  here in Western Washington 

we will have summer  time weather hitting

the temperatures  in  the 80s Fahrenheit 

that is.

May is becoming one of the good months

to visit around here for sure. July is usually 

our best month of the year. May is good

to visit  being the off peak time. June often

has rain though in recent years have had

some wonderful  days as well. 

When the sun shines here everyone's spirit 

is lifted up. We get some pollin so can be

difficult for some residents too.

It would be nice to have the same attitude 

all year long like I t does right now. Gets 

difficult in the winter with rain and cold

temperatures. Showing a smile to each 

person you meet even without saying a

word.

On Friday  while walking  the waterfront 

at one of the parks a couple young men

ask me what I am grateful for. I  made

it easy  and raised my hands for the sun.

Of course there is a lot more to be grateful 

for however a good  place to start.  ❤️❤️❤️

Our Style

When it comes to our life purpose

people can be positive or negative

depending on our personality or 

character. As you know we will

not be liked by everyone though

it would be a good deal for us.

I was reminded of being positive

or negative with people since

someone I recently started following

was criticized for writing poetry

on social media. The person doing

it didn't think writing poetry was not

a good way to write positive. The

poet pointed out poetry is her passion.

I figure she is doing what she feels 

right. The person writing the comment

might be the only one that feels that 

way. 

I suppose some people should write

what can make a difference in people's

lives according to the comment. I am

sure people write on social media for

all types of reasons. What is right I am

not judging I am doing what is right for

me and the audience I want to attract.

I want to attract everyone if that is

possible but I know not everyone will

read my posts. I pray people will have

a positive experience and may learn

something in the process and live the

life of their purpose and destiny.

Summer Weather Comes Home

Over the last several  years in Western Washington 

we have had summer  type weather.  April.was such

with rain and wind the sun being out is welcome. 

We could have another long summer like we had 

last year when it went deep into  October. Most 

everyone's  attitude changes when the sun appears 

regularly.  Sometimes  a drawback  though since 

allergies  hit some people  as well.

This is  the  good  time to invest into others lives.

Most likely  see more out and about. In my hometown 

of Gig Harbor we have many visitors walking along the

waterfront along with some regular residents. 

Not everyone  wants to chat however  most are willing 

to be pleasant and say hello. A smile can go a long way

and make everyone feel  good about themselves.  Isn't 

that the important  thing.  The waterfront  is  not only a 

good  view the wind is out as well.  Makes it not as hot

as it ought to  be. 

A good tip smile at others even the ones who may not

respond back. Life is too short to live any other way. 

It is hard to  tell sometimes when it is someone's 

personality or they are going through some issues.

Our purpose  should be a sweet  aroma to  each one 

we meet. It doesn't  matter  whether they quiet or

talkative.  Appreciate everyone who takes the time

to stop by and view this blog. I  hope it blesses you

in someway whether small or big. ❤️❤️❤️

Weaknesses VS Strengths

We are all aware of  our weaknesses and

strengths  in some  regard. In every  aspect 

our lives.  I  would say so many  weaknesses 

we should say God help with them. Every day 

bring up one for me to  work on.  You are willing 

to he will take on for you.

I have been  thinking our personality is probably 

the least one we have to  work on. I  believe it

works  along our character.  We stop making 

excuses  of our character  like I  am just like

old man or mother or grandparents.  Our 

personality will follow  suite of our character. 

The man or husband  is supposed  to  be  the 

leader of the home. It does not mean you tell

your wife or children what to do. In fact less

you say the better.  Being a leader means they

follow your example. This isn't  just in the

physical  everyday day life but in the spiritual 

as well.  The husband in his mind may think

it is ok she and the children  go to church and I 

will stay home watching football or do whatever.

Praying and  the other  parts of spiritual life is

for you to lead. Your wife might look like the one 

who looks like  the  leader in spiritual  life but

she will  follow  her husband or at least  should 

be. 

There are many other areas to work on in our

weaknesses.  God has given us a great purpose 

in this  life. The amazing  thing  is  our weaknesses 

are likely the things we will flourish  in our purpose. 

All we have  to  do  is surrender  over to  God and

work hand to hand with him. Amen!  ❤️❤️❤️

Where Are You Investing?

Right now on social media,  emails, 

and text messages  I am receiving 

almost everyday about investing in

crypto currency. 

It might be a good  thing , however,  

we have to be careful  since there 

is a lot of scammers out there  too.

My advice is to go on a website to

invest on your own.  Even there 

you could be asked about a bonus 

which sounds good but refuse unless 

you are willing  to  buy more currency.

I recommend buying  what you can 

afford to lose. 

The world  of  college sports a lot of

athletes  are transferring  schools for

NIL where they get paid for their lickness

in different  forms. Possibly  how many

jerseys  are sold. It is new so maybe

ads too. The trouble right now both in

the NIL and crypto currency there is no 

regulations.

I was made aware last night this is mental 

health awareness  month. Another good

thing too. I  am sure a lot of money  poured

into as well. Since 2020 when we were  all

forced into covid-19 whether  we caught it

or not our mental health  as effected in one

fashion or another.

If you are a Christian  or  otherwise  should 

know we are in a spiritual  battle. A part of 

the battle  is  our mental health.  A term is

strongholds. We are not possessed by demons

but we maybe oppressed by them.  Receiving 

ministry to forgive others who may have taken 

part in the strongholds or demons hanging

around. In some cases we may have  to  be

delivered as well.

The next thing is we all have a  purpose  in life

God has given us. A part of it is investing in others.

It may include investing  financially  whether donating 

or investing  in  currency  like crypto currency, NIL 

or the stock market.  The biggest  investment  though

is in our children  and one another. If you are in

ministry  or you are a mentor or your work is dealing 

with people  as a counselor  it takes money  to  do so.

People  spend money  in any of these area. It is 

important  to  save wisely  and investing.  Amen. ❤️❤️❤️

Men in Their Role and Purpose

The role and purpose  for men hasn't 

changed a lot depending on the culture 

or country. 

Men are expected  to  be  the primary 

financial  supporter for the family. 

The wife may either  decide to stay home

and raise the family along with the responsibility 

of the home or go  back to work after short

period with child.

In United  States  and  Canada  along with 

other countries both wife and husband if

desirable  can leave work for a period of

time generally  six months to a year depending 

on the rules in their countries. The wife would

take her leave before  the  child is born and

the husband may when her leave is over if

she desires to back to work.

During 2020 with covid-19 the couples could

take care of their children  since many either

couldn't work at the beginning because  they 

we're not considered essential  workers. When

work  was allowed  again many but not all could

work from home.  Depending  on the job some

can still  work  from home. Of course the same

period  the children were home to with school 

being online which was a hard time too. For most

the one or two years was a financial  burden too.

I  am  sure  most couples learned  more about 

each other and get through the pandemic together.

Some even moved closer to family and changed 

jobs too.

For young people  who are not married and are

not engaged yet my suggestion would be able 

to save some money in the process so the

burden is lighter when you do marry. Also a 

good suggestion  for those who  are engaged 

or are married  but no children yet.

Today instead  of  the  burden  of  the  man to

have to work only is somewhat lifted with women

working it is important to know how to manage

the home. The wife still her major responsibility 

however the man needs to  share though might

not be easy depending on his workload. Also,

it isn't  what Men are accustomed too.

Our purpose  is  beyond  our family  as well. You

may be a mentor  to  others. This area is important 

to though how much time spending on it is as well.

For either  the  husband and wife the time together 

with each other  and family is essential.  Do not

neglect  your time together this is your number

one purpose for a period of time. When your older

and the children are  to you will be able your wings

more. I hope this all good advice. ❤️❤️❤️

Encourage and Follow

It is important  for couples to  encourage,,

love and follow  each other in their unique 

life  purpose. 

As a young  couple having young  children 

or planning to have children to encourage 

each other in their careers along with other

aspects of their  purposes.

Having young children  important  to  love

and lead their  children in their  life purpose 

too. The wife's  primary  purpose  during 

that period  is  to raise  and look over the

children  and  encourage  her husband in

his purpose. 

 In this time period  many married women 

have to work  as well either outside the home 

or working  from home. Of course,there are 

some who have decided as couples together  

that as for the family  to raise and look after 

the  children. You can have more purpose  to 

by helping other young mothers  in the same 

place as you. Fellowship with young mothers 

is a good idea as well.

Next time we will look at young men  and  

father's in their roles and purpose.  ❤️❤️❤️

Having Recovering

When we are in our  golden years as a

friend  reminded me we go through 

recovery.  Hopefully  not too  many times.

We should pray for those in our golden 

years as well  as  those that are older

than us, young families and the youth.

We need to remember  whatever age

we are in we all have a purpose. I 

just read on social media we have 

people  as friends to encourage  and

edify us. The same as we do for them.

Life is  not for us to be a lone ranger

or living on an island by ourself. We 

may feel  like  it sometimes  but we 

have a purpose  for  others to receive

from us. ❤️❤️❤️

I Am Back

I missed one day  for surgery on my teeth. 

I didn't  feel  to good on Thursday  to do

any writing.

I hope you all had a blessed and wonderful 

b,ees Thursday  and  will Friday along with 

the weekend.

Life begins with  being given by having a

purpose. Most of us including myself. It

takes years to find out we have a purpose.

Like in my case we have t  have someone 

tells us we have a purpose.  It would be

nice if our parents were the ones tell us

from a young but often  doesn't happen. 

If you still don't  know  your purpose  it

begins with our gifts and talents. Our 

personality and character is part of it

as well.

You might think I am quiet and not like

others who talk a lot. You can come out

that sometimes to. My father wasn't a

talker however when he did the words

he spoke had a lot of wisdom in them.

So it isn't  how much we talk it what we

when we do.

I look forward to talk about life and the 

purpose  we have. We can let others know

they have a purpose.  It could be the most

important and exciting  part. If they are 

your friends and family you and them have

a purpose  for  one another. Amen! ❤️❤️❤️

Changing Lives

Another area of our life purpose  is

to help change lives.

Not only will we will  change lives

ours  will change too.

We might not realize  lives will

change others. The great thing

others will change ours.

We are all uniquely made. There

is not another  on the face of  the 

earth like us. ❤️❤️❤️

Being Careful

I am sure I have mentioned  it  recently 

however  it is important  to  be careful 

when going online.

Right now there are a lot of scammed 

out there. In example  crypto currency.

If it feels like a good deal it likely  isn't. 

I  would find someone  you know who

has already  invested in crypo themselves. 

Social  media  there is scamming going on

it as well.  God doesn't  want  us to be

involved in  anything  like that.  We should 

have focus on God and our purpose. Amen!

May Day

I am sure for many it is hard to believe 

it is May 1. The year is moving along 

fast. The older you get it happens. 

May 1 is also also  called May Day.

Many places  celebrate May Day

for all sorts of reasons.  As you

know celebration is never a bad thing.

May Day can mean I need help especially 

if you are on a boat or ship. Hopefully 

it will not happen  today.
