Do we know we are including
our purpose. I am sure most
of us do.
Not only only living a life of purpose
we are agents. God has set us up to
be involved in many peoples lives.
How many people can depend on
us and God.
You don't think of yourself as a
sociable person. That is OK.
The group of people you associate
with whether your family, friends,
co-workers, members of your
church or other groups are those
you are influencing already and
they are influencing you. So
this where you are agent.
You maybe wondering what I mean
by agents. Well think of yourself
being a secret agent or a spy.
In this term your purpose is to
be part of others lives. You are
on a mission that only you and
God knows. This is exciting if
you think of your purpose in this
way.
You can add people to the core
of people you are with already
even if you don't consider yourself
a social person. You can add one
person a week or month or year.
You can do that even by saying
hello. You don't have to join a
social club.
You are a member of a church
and someone new is attending
then introduce yourself. You
might have things in common
including not being very social.
This person may not no anyone
so this your first addition. It
isn't like you have to be great
friends but someone else to
chat with at church. Also doesn't
mean yiu have to spend a lot of
time with them either. There are
other places to meet people like
at the coffee shop or grocery
store.
The interesting thing about the
grocery store many are looking
to get out quickly by buying a
few items maybe like you. If
they are searching for an item
say hello and can I help you.
Even other conversation can
happen in a grocer store. It
isn't like you have to have a
long conversation it could be
less than a minute. If the person
doesn't sound interested in
talking then move on.
